Dempet og balansert syre. Utrolig god lengde i denne flaska. Modne og avrundede smaker, balansert syrlighet. Kompleks bærkompott, bringebær, rabarbra, kirsebær. Honning, kanel og mandel. 🧡

Unfortunately our bottles corked. After some time and breathing that disappeared. What a stunning beer. So much cherry and cinnamon, cloves. Creamy velvety mouthfeel

Frisk körsbär i doften och smaken, mer än 2016 bredvid trots att den är mycket ljusare i färgen. Bra syra och lätt ek. Jättegott.

Happy Zwanze day! June 6 2013 bottle holding up like a champ. Plenty of cherry, no signs of oxy. Fruit may be slightly muddled but it’s generally tasting very good.

Moderate cherry in the nose with medium-light Cantillon funk. Taste has less cherry, less funk, some lemon and slight vinegar in the finish. A nice bottle that maybe was best a few years ago. Cork was good condition, nice feel. 4.25 nose, 3.75-4.0 taste.

Aged oak and cherry aromas on the nose. Light and lively mouthfeel. Tart, refreshing and slightly fruity with a dry finish.
