Batch 28/3/2015. Opengedaan omdat het aan het lekken was. Fles was nog maar 3/4 vol. Opende met een zeer luide knal. Immens bruisend. Veel druk op de fles. Smaakt nog steeds goed.

Tart, acidic, sour. Lots of raspberries, slight slight touch of earthy stable like notes. Red berries, some strawberry jam and Tart raspberries. Hint of oak. Perfection!

One could say, nose more of strawberries than raspberries. Sharp acidity. Juicy, fruity, you can almost chew it.

LCI. 5/20/15. Such a pretty looking beer with lively carbonation. Nose has the Museum cellar funk, leather, ripe raspberry, wet wood, and flowers. Flavor is tart raspberry, lemon juice, minerals, berry jam, and house bacteria. 4.3

The color is the perfect pink and red, smell is dry, and tastes of raspberry, cherry, grapes, and oak. So happy to have finally had this
