Maaan... this was just waaay too sour... Like drinking funky raspberry vinegar. Some oxidation and funky vibes. Either this is over the hill, a bad bottle, or I have gotten more sensitive to anything really vinegary sour over the years.

Unbalanced sourness that smears the overall complexity. Vinegary raspberry, tannic, dry, cork, sherry notes, a little spice. Either this was on a bad curve or it didn't age well.

Still has that fresh raspberry smell, although the fruity flavor has almost vanished. It has a bit of tart left but not much.

Malina, czereśnia, sporo octu, cytryna, wiśnia, ściągające, pestkowe, ciut takiej truskawkowej benzynowości, ślinianki pobudza maksymalnie, rześkie. Jak dla mnie za agresywny, ale i tak smaczny.

LCI. 5/20/15. Such a pretty looking beer with lively carbonation. Nose has the Museum cellar funk, leather, ripe raspberry, wet wood, and flowers. Flavor is tart raspberry, lemon juice, minerals, berry jam, and house bacteria. 4.3

Vinous, cooked raspberry compote with hay and barnyard funk that intensifies. Highly carbed with an off red color. Finished with medium high acidity and dryness.

Still a lot of raspberry, acid isn’t much stronger now that several years ago. held up very well.

Lci. 2022 mot 2015. 2022 er som å spise bringebær rett fra kjerret. Fruktig, in your face. 2015 lukter bringebærsaft og har en tydelig økt syrlighet. Begge solide!
