Not as pure of a raspberry flavor as I expected. I get a cereal and cinnamon flavor. Kind of reminds me of Apple Jacks cereal

Souper d’avant spectacle à la Place Carmin, Mtl. Je vois une RDG sur le menu bière, je décide de lui donner une deuxième chance. C’est pas parce qu’il manque de framboises, mais encore une fois je constate que ce n’est pas dans ma palette.

Hallon. Inte riktigt dem surhetstypen jag börjat förknippa med lambic, mer typ bärsyra än eh spontansyra(?). Kanske är en yngre lambic än jag är van vid. Oavsett så var den rätt god

Bit too sweet and tart, but dry finish helps and the fruit work well with the unusual flavours of the beer.

Doft av röda bär och lite vanilj. Syrlig men även söt med tydlig smak av hallon och äpplekart.
