Very fresh and drinkable, really good. The nose is like smelling a cup of fresh raspberries. Fruity and herbal, with the right sweet touch of fresh berry juice. The palate is again fresh raspberry, tart and fresh, with some herbal bitterness. Excellent.

Lightly carbonated and dry, not unlike a wine. Balsamic and raspberry jam with cream, with very little on the nose. Spring water.

Timpa slår på den Belgiska kongo trumman, och lassar fram en otrolig god lambe prefekt smak för dagen i ära. Men även i kung Leopolds anda, Tack Tim !

Dufter af røde bær. Smager af det samme. Meget syrlig/funky.

Glad to try again. Might have been a bit cool. Lots of raspberries. Sweet and not much lambic vibes.
