My white whale. The single best beer I've ever had, no contest. It may not have been this specific beer, but it was an expensive Cantillon sour with a young girl on the bottle. Color of the Rosé de Gambrinus looks about right, image on the label fits.

Bottled 3 Mar 2020. One of the Cantillons I much prefer fresh. Raspberry jam, seedy, lots of oak, vinegar, and massive corky funk. My burps taste like raspberry skins and moldy wood. Heavenly. Thanks Tim J. for the gift!

Отличный фрамбоз. Помимо малины, цветы, прелая трава, рубленный щавель, немного резины на фоне. Вяжущая кислотность.

Nez fermier funky mais aussi fruité. Au goût c’est raffiné très smooth. Bonne acidité balancé avec les notes de framboise. Se compare très favorablement au Tilquin Cassis de ma dernière expérience lambic. Rafraîchissant!

ボトル。香りは少しランビック臭あるが、飲むとジュースだなあ。酸味はかなり穏やか、で甘くはないけど、あまやかなベリー。うーん。香りからの期待感の落差が。。。ボトルの底まで入れると少しランビックらしいまろやかさが出て来て良化したなあ。酸がもう少し欲しいけどね。

C’est bon. Pas mal bon. Nez ultra agréable de confiture de framboise. En bouche, ça goûte la cerise et la framboise. Sucré, peu acide, superbe.
