Not going to tell you what Andy's tasting notes are, so you'll have to ask him. I disagree anyway. I'm not getting the €26 price tag. Not too sour though and it is growing on me.

Great tart fruity flavours. Fairly light very nice indeed

Not sure if draught, or if they poured it out of a bottle. Probably the latter.

Smooth raspberry nose with hints of vanilla, oak, and a deeply embedded funk. Body is full of rich, complex raspberry but is exceptionally well balanced - not too much sweetness nor too much funk or acidity - beautifully natural while remaining complex.

Cantillon at €7.50 a bottle, now that’s impossible to leave on the shelf. Tart lambic with an impressive presence of raspberry, oak, complex malts and yeasts. Refined brewing

Each Cantillon brings something unique. A dynamically sour concoction, intertwined with raw amount of funk and raspberries. The initial flavours are aggressive, slowly mellowing into a well-balanced, fruity blend, with a lasting finish. Glorious.

A fantastic example of the lambic style. Sour and tart but never too ‘vinegary’, fruity raspberry punches through with a finish that is both dry and a little sweet. A real thirst quencher that lingers on the taste buds for ages. Great stuff.
