Gortdroge sour. Frambozen, rabarber en hout komen allemaal voorbij. Hele subtiele bubbels zorgen voor een zijdezacht mondgevoel.

Losing my Cantillon virginity and I understand the hype! Aroma is intense with classic apple skins and nail polish, with a hint of berries which carry onto the palate with freshness but also jammy notes to offset the puckering lambic acidity. Beautiful 👌

Raspberry sours was the focus of today's Beer Club meeting with Kyle and Gary. First up was this Cantillon bottled in 1/19. Much of the fruit character was lost, but the overall flavors were very refined and integrated.

Tart and kinda acetic raspberry. Still think this is the worst Cantillon line, but I would enjoy it if it wasn't in a lineup of amazing lambics.

Äntligen på plats och får en riktig öl ❤️ färsk Rosé de gambrinus som smakar härligt med en lätt brettig doft och lagom med hallon i smaken och en härlig syra 😃

Zwanze at Perry’s. Year not listed on menu, but it tastes super fresh. Minimal carbonation but decently lively mouthfeel. Jammy and mildly vinous berry. Fantastic.

Bottled 12/11/2019. Fresh and vibrant raspberries in the nose. More acidic in the taste.

Rocznik 2021. Backlog Zwanze 2022. Maliny, nieco wiśni, ogólnie dużo czerwonych owoców. Fajna, umiarkowana I lekko octowa kwasowość.
