De momento mi favorita de Cantillon. Ácida, con un leve tono brett acompañado por la fruta. Las frambuesas se hacen notar. Ligera con gas marcado, muy frutal, fina y chispeante. No es dulce y tiene una muy buena acidez. Final seco. Una delicia espontánea.

Personal favorite of mine so if course it gets 5 Stars! Bottle is from the 26 of June 2020 having had it bottle condition. For two days shy of 18 months. Excellent is putting it lightly!

Nice to get this treat again. Raspberries with a super tart and dry finish. Best sours in the world and it's not close

Perfect. No need to say much else! Tart, Oakey, raspberry candies. Depth in all the right places. Beyond a delight! Not abrasive in any regard. Worth the hype.

Couldn’t wait to crack this open. Really compelling flavors punctuated by a strong tartness. Thank you so much for the bday present Alex D. You know it’s gonna be a good beer when it says to drink out of a wine glass. 5/5 beer, 10/5 friendship

Definitely top end fruit lambic.. surtout dans le price range. De la framboise par dessus la tête, très faible acidité, super suave, côté poivre, un peu iodé.
