First cantillon. Leaked bottle after shipping but still good. Very light. Smooth. Not too sour. Some mild vinegar taste. Raspberry after taste. Worth the hype? Not sure. It’s good but 3F is pretty close. Less carbonation taste here

Light body and delicate. Takes a bit to fully appreciate it all. Quite dry. Tart raspberries, without any sweetness. Tart red cherries. Rose petals, or maybe my mind is playing tricks. Really interesting barrel oak notes here - old cheese, herbs?
