Excellent , j’avais peur que l’acidité de la framboise soit agressive mais c’est au contraire assez doux du coup hyper agréable à boire

So delicate at fruity. Far more calm and clean than some other lambics I’ve had. The raspberry is front and center, rich and ruby red. So fizzy and fresh. A delicious first Cantillon. Thanks for sharing this one with me, RB.

Deep plum pour, small pink head. Aroma of raspberry and strawberries. Taste follows, tart.

Acidité assez élevée mais rafraîchissante qui vient bien hit la gorge. Framboise ressort et léger coté épicé en final. Ça hit et c’est assez unique

Cantillon Rose de gambrinus Bottled : 30/03/2022 I have no idea but more funkier scent than usual of course at the same time, raspberry, cherish. Not that tarty, nice red fruited sweet-sour balanced. Definitely young, but I can say it’s quite gentle :
