Acidic with a strong raspberry flavour. Fruity and funky. Very lightly sweet, with a dry finish.

В аромате ягодная сладость, причём не сразу ясно, что это малина, а также мягкая дичь и древесная танинность. Воздушное тело, достаточно плотное. Во вкусе мягкая кислинка и капелька обжигающего уксуса, малина тут более узнаваемая и не сладкая практически

Аромат кисло ягодный. Вкус такой же только ещё с терпкостью. Кислотность умеренная малинка хорошо чувствуется. Послевкусие кислое долгое.

I'm a homeowner! Very tart, great head retention. Fruity. A slight bit earthy/mineral/salt-gose. Pre-chilled it but then thought we couldn't open it because we forgot a wine cork. Sat it on the bathroom sink for 20 min and the cork lifted itself enough :)

Definitely top end fruit lambic.. surtout dans le price range. De la framboise par dessus la tête, très faible acidité, super suave, côté poivre, un peu iodé.

Couldn’t wait to crack this open. Really compelling flavors punctuated by a strong tartness. Thank you so much for the bday present Alex D. You know it’s gonna be a good beer when it says to drink out of a wine glass. 5/5 beer, 10/5 friendship
