still sharper than 04, but upon second revisit grabbing onto mounds more stone fruit when warm, apple cider when cold, personally wanting more funk

Showing some age, but carbonation was nice, typical Cantillon mustiness & zest was also there, just had a tad too much oxidation towards the end. Thanks Joel M. for sharing!

Drinking an extra rare beer tonight. Looks like 2006 vintage does not exist in Untappd so I checked in the closest year. Funky and tart as shit.
