18 dollar bottle pour. 2000 freaking 5. The aging just is insane, I’d say the main difference is that it’s lighter but plays on the tongue in a whimsical way

Lukt nästan lite tungt vitt vin . Smak satan här snackar vi komplexitete, inte så sur men något helt annat. Aprikos men sen finns det lite jordkällare i bakgrunden. Det kanske kan bli bättre men inte mycket

Veronica got off work early so I was able to head over the hill for the scraps. So stoked this was available. A little more acidic than ideal but dang this funk is just ridiculous. Some burnt tire. Bright and musty. Delicious!

Thanksgiving LCI - substantial body and creamy carb, balanced lambic funk and light acidity. Complexity that only cellaring provides while maintaining enough "young" character. Very grateful to the brewery offering these to Lime for Zwanze

Bottle pour at Snallygaster 2023. Pours a very murky orange with a solid finger of white head. Nose is insane for a bottle with this many years. Flavor too. Funk and citrus rind, potpourri. Leather and cheese rind. Body feels 5 years old.Exceptional
