Calendrier Bierotheque J12. Citron, pomme, cidre fermier, ça sent la ferme, petite acidité, le tout dans l’ordre et le désordre. Mais puta*n c’est bon.

Proper sour and funky. Quite bitter. More bitter than the session IPA my friend is having.

Beautiful! Perhaps a new favourite gueuze. Corked & capped, very mild carbonation & thin head on the pour. Peach in colour with a very subtle pear (?) on the nose. The initial tartness smooths out by the finish.

Very interesting. This bottle was aged for two years in the cellar of my coworker. Very deep taste, kinda ciderish taste.
