Very acidic and surprisingly un-complex. Notes of grapefruit, pineapple, rubber, green apples and grape. Flavor is full on bitter grapefruit, and hurts the teeth and gums. Refreshing and sour, but not much else?!

How did I not checked this in yet!?!? It's a different IBV level but it doesn't matter. Good balance of sour sweet and substance.

Apples, balsamic and tart white wine. Woody tannins at the end. Good but not outstanding
