22 March 2016. Wow. Getting tons of oak & that Cantillon musty funk, plus some grapefruit(?!). One of the prettiest gueuzes I’ve had the chance to drink.

When you look for lambic you look for tradition and this is where you find Cantillon. A perfect lambic as it should be , great

Bijzonder lekker! Goed zuur, maar niet té. Ook iets droog, maar toch soepel en licht. Goed fris biertje om de avond mee te beginnen

2018 - nicely balanced, a little tart, a little grassy and natural.

Really missed sitting in a genuine local pub like this one. A living proof that you need to look beyond 'verified' venues when visiting new places. Oh, and the lambic is fantastic.

Another locked down birthday. Nothing else for it but to dig deep into the cellar. Bottled 2014 still tasting incredible.
