Barrel character gun smoke nose, peach and apricot palate leaning towards apricot with 2 years on it, gun smoke finish. Bought at cellar door in 2019 has done great things in 2 years

Thank you Ron. Acidic enough but light drinking. Lemon, nectarine, oak, and slight Stilton cheese. Perfection.

My favorite beer by far! The taste is amazing, the sourness is just right for my taste and the carbonation as well. Not to forget that the aftertaste is also amazing

В ароматі дичечкас, сіно, наче я десь на європейській фермі. Смак кислота настільки смачна та насичена, а головне у балансі що аж дивує, сіно та коники саме у смаку, що для мене теж вперше. Посмак трохи подряпає горло кислотою. Ну це просто топчик.

so astounded it felt cheap to take a pic 😂. Deep oak, roasted crisp sweetness - pear apple and lemon, just crazy well rounded - all new for me. Happy 9th Glendale Tap! Incredible tap list.
