Geweldig rond genoemd. Mooi zuur en een mooie houtige toon met paardestal. C'est une belle Gueuze, Jean van Roy!

Cantillon in Santa Fe. Best gem find on our trip. Slight vinegar with mild tartness. Fruity apricot, horse blanket, & barnyard on the nose. Soft delicate mouthfeel high carbonation. Dry finish

This one was aged about five years ago, in 2017. Just lovely!

Superb. Could use a bit more carbonation, but seeing as this was bottled in February, 2011, one cannot complain.
