It doesn’t get much better than this. Although time might have something to say about that. Unmistakably Belgian, slight fruity funk, pear, honey, and apricot. It’s golden, thin top, most subtle lace, and the depth and intrigue to last all night.

Eh oui c'est acide mais raffiné, acétique, pompe aigre, avec un côté miel d'acacia. Le fruité revient, fruit blanc et un peu fleur de sureau. Un délice

Been sitting on this one for a year and half (bottled in May 2019) Has a nice super tart flavor with a dry aftertaste. Glad we kept it!

Robe orange claire translucide sans mousse. Nez : fermier, pomme, funky, cuir. Carbo fine et présente. Bouche : rustique, cuir, étable, funky, pomme. Jolie cote acide. Ça perdure bien. C’est du haut niveau.

That's pretty damn yum. A lot of different flavors going on, but a real stereotypical beer backbone gives it a nice foundation for the flavors to play off of.
