22 March 2016. Wow. Getting tons of oak & that Cantillon musty funk, plus some grapefruit(?!). One of the prettiest gueuzes I’ve had the chance to drink.

When you look for lambic you look for tradition and this is where you find Cantillon. A perfect lambic as it should be , great

Complessa e perfetta. Un caleidoscopio: note citriche di limone, lattiche di yogurt, acidule di frutta acerba, sentori di legno e di cantina, tocchi floreali di vino bianco giovane. E su tutto le note acetiche intense ma piacevolissime. Sourness Symphony

Saure Frucht, grüner Apfel, reifer Weißwein in der Nase, im Antrunk feines Spiel von Säure und Frucht, die säure jedoch durchaus schärfer, ein wenig essigartig, ein sehr komplexes Bier, das wunderbar lange am Gamen bleibt.

5% abv.🇧🇪 Light hazy golden yellow color with white foamy head. Nose is funky and apple. Dank, apples, light sour and funky. Dry, tart en light. Great, smooth quality and awesome beer!

Añada 2019. Aromas frutales dulces, (confitura de melocotón), ácidos (manzana verde) y brett ,(cuero, establo). Boca chispeante. Gas finísimo. Acidez moderada y final funky. Buen equilibrio acidez- dulzor. El brett presente pero no se impone. Un capricho
