Excellent, very tart, in a good way. The subtle carbonation and strong tartness produce a pleasant tingly mouthfeel. A bit of sweetness balances the tartness in a pleasant way.

I love this style, and this is a great example! Light, loads of sharp apple flavour and a dry finish…so much flavour for just 5%

Funk forward. Not quite clear gold with a creamy white head that disappears. Funky barnyard aroma, honey, apple, pear? Effervescent, sharp acidity, honey, funky barn yard, wood. Dry.

I can't put into words how complex this beer is. It's like a farm yard on a hot summer's day but in the best possible way. It makes my mouth water in-between sips. Quite simple tremendous!

11 Sept 2017. Bitter, pungent grapefruit pith, more musty cobweb, mineral, damp tile, and biting acidity than the Drie. Gorgeous.
