We zijn inmiddels bij 2021 beland, wat een mooie blend geeft! Zacht romig, doordrinkbaar en fruitige tonen van groene en rode appels, mandarijnen en een hintje perzik!

I didn't realise lambic isn't carbonated and gueuze is, till trying the difference here at Cantillon. Strong funk aroma. Warm, smooth finish. A little dry. Quite different from the tart Tilquin gueuze of yesterday!

23 SEPTEMBER 2020 - Less tartness and funk and more sweet apple than most bottles I've had. Tastes younger than the last 2021 bottle I had.
