Efter 20 år börjar jag uppskatta detta. Doften är fortfarande en pissoar och smakerna påminner om garbsyra och spya, men det finns fina toner av äpplekart, lite ekfat, och en bra sötma.

I get a saltiness to it that I'm not used to with a gueuze, it's almost like a gose

Fresh funky and fruity nose with some wet hay also, slightly harsh acidty and light grassy bitterness. Good.
