Beautiful citrus and leathery funk with a tartness that goes on forever. Just a cut above. Breaking news: elite brewery makes elite beer.

Huge, funky nose of white wine, stonefruit, dank wood, and hay. Taste is bright and puckering, with tons of acetic over citrus rind, underripe apricot, grape stem, oak, earth, and hay. Bubbly and dry

Visiting the mothership. Gotta start at the start. This is the balance between simplicity and layers few breweries ever master. Love the dry finish.

Tart, but not overly. Easier drinking geuze? Apricot & peach. Unique, bright floral notes- like tulips and cherry blossom. Oak, sea salt & a very light touch of balsamic. Tart red berries of some sort - something between raspberry & underripe strawberry.

Like no beer I’ve tasted. Smooth like a wine, sour and light. Crispy with a hint of lemon. 👌🏼

Elegant beer with contrasting layers of flavor. Nothing special with the aroma, but in the mouth it is slightly acid, fruity and dry - with an outstanding aftertaste! Nham!

First Cantillon. Never would have thought it would be at the Russian River taproom
