Gueuze non sucrée, très bonne longueur du goût typique des lambics. Bien mais nécessite un accompagnement légèrement sucré (carottes, ...) pour limiter l'acidité.

Ended up sharing a half a bottle down by a nearby river. Somehow, the cork silently popped itself after we decided to do a bottle of sake first and half the liquid spilled into the tote bag. What remained was very refreshing, though. Would try again.

A remnant from the lockdown days of 2020. Nice sipping during a heatwave. Completely flat of course, and tastes somewhere in between a geuze and a faro. 3.9

2e degustatie na de rondleiding door de brouwerij van Cantillion. #Senna prima. 1e degustatie was een platte lambic, vers van het vat en niet in Untappd. Deze Gueuze wel. Enorm zachte geuze, mooi complex, weinig bitters en geen azijnzuur te bekennen #2400

Tart, funky, balanced with smooth round mouthfeel and subtle stone fruit sweetness. Champagne carbonation.
