Belle robe dorée limpide. Étable, boisé, léger floral, pomme, vanille légère. Acidité modérée, légère amertume, bon équilibre, longueur agréable.

Celebration! Congrats Tom for 40th and Jennie & Greg for civil partnership. This bottle was kept in a dark room for a year. Has it developed? Hard to say. It remained delicious, potentially more mellow and sweet.
