Actually this is the Depuis Sinds 1900. Perfect. Modest acidity.

3rd year Dental School is officially done! And they had a fitting celebration beer on tap at the Saucer. 🍻 extremely well done. Farmhouse funk on the front end with mouth coating lemon and apple pie notes that linger 🍋 🥧

I definitely appreciate this more than the first time I had it.

Delicious. The process to make this stuff is astounding, so much it left to chance. It's incredible it tastes this good, this consistently.

Aroma de barril. No paladar muita uva verde, amadeirado, acético, limão e condimentado. Dulcor baixo e acidez média equilibradas.

Incredibly light and soft. So smooth. Interesting location as well. Poured standard as bottle from the bar

After learning about the process of making gueuze at Cantillon, I’m even more impressed with these beers. Tart but not overly so. Great balance and complexity. Love it.

2nd post tour taster. Magnificent 👌

Very smooth. Light sour flavor that has a crazy smooth finish. Yeasty and oak notes take over the finish. This beer looses some sourness as it opens.

Just wow. Sour, yet smooth. Complex, yet balanced. Had after the tour.

That is just about perfect. Thanks Jim or Chris, I forgot who gave this to me 🤣

Tart funky nose, w/ a body that’s sour, tart, dry, and super effervescent. Finishes fruity and dry, w/ fantastic aged flavor. This is the 2022-2022 bottling, and I’m going back for more to cellar. SO worth the wait to finally get to drink!!!
