Incredible finish. Cherry start isn't as distinctive or individual as some of the local cherry expressions but the dessery, almost cake like finish is neato completo.

Another fruity sour, this time the fruit is further in the back so a little more subtle. Yummo, could drink this one all day!

Well balanced. Not overly fruity or super cherry, which I appreciate. I don't think I'll ever find a Cantillon I don't love, though.

Dry, woody taste. Definitely sour with a slight sparkle of carbonation. Not very cherry-ish.
