On location in correct glassware - this was always going to hit the spot. Balanced, classy, and easy drinking. Very fresh with restrained acidity and funk. Complimentary fruit.

The color is cloudy burgundy. Cherry is powerful on the nose. I can also pick also cranberry, sour apple and an illusion of strawberry. The tastebuds enjoy ample cherry mash, sour apple, distinct cranberry, rowanberry, a suggestion of strawberry, wheat.

I've always thought Cantillon beers too sour for my palate but I'm really enjoying this Kriek.

When opened, the wine had a slight stables earthy smell, typical Lambic acidity, and some cherry notes. It was bubbly, with just the right acidity for me, comfortable but not sharp, with a distinct cherry in the middle and a slight bitterness in the back.

Damn. First time having cantillon on draft. Sublime. Less tart than expected but still sweet. Very smooth and fruity. Almost melt in your mouth feel.
