INCRÍVEL. Não tem aquele dulcor. Aprendi que as lambics (e suas variações gueuze e kriek) são aceleradas pelas cervejarias mediante adição de syrups e outros modificantes. Essa é tradicional, 3 anos fermentando, então quase zero açúcar. É boa!
