Bottled 2002. I think 21 years ageing will suffice and today seemed as good a time as any. Head took some pouring; hint of sourness remains. Big cherry notes still dominant. Great stuff.

Oh gosh. Another banger. So full of the cherry. But still proper lambic through and through. What a way to end this year in beer.

Clean, tart, smooth, solid cherry flavors. Both sweet and tart. Drying, full bodied yet light. You can get the notes of the cherry flesh and peel distinctly. Fruity. I love this.

Wonderful. So drinkable. Not overly cherry. Could have a giant glass of this. The environment helps - Great place!
