Catching up on Brussels drinks. Pro tip: If you go to the brewery right after Zwanze Day, there might be vintages you can try. The body was not typical stout-like, but there were definitely roasty notes along with the harmony of spontaneous cultures

Much smoother, less tart, mild vanilla and roast notes.

Dark and with a really dry finish. Roasty with a very dry aftertaste. Tarty notes as well - love it.

4.40. Strong Cognac barrel notes. Medium acidity with a little bit dried fruit hints(not too much). Maple syrup -ish finish. Pear aftertaste.

第二次喝，感觉有些新的感受，低温状态下入口逐渐迸发出明显的葡萄酒单宁感和干邑酒香，回温后干邑香气更明显，烘烤香气和黑色水果甜香倒是居于次位，酸度清晰强劲但很舒服不刺激，带着一丝甜味

闻上去氧化世涛的香气和酒精感，入口葡萄汁和柔和的单宁感，背景烘烤香气，感觉世涛的巧克力感就一点点酒体的比较饱满，柔和中等酸度带一丝甜，后期有点烘烤苦味

Har blitt ganske tørr og rund. Toner fra en tørr porter, men også tydelige tegn på det klassiske, spontane, cantillonske. En god, annerledes start på zwanzedagen.

Zwanze Tasting - Another interesting not common Canti stuff 👌 Dry & woody with a balanced sourness, vinous, funk, walnut & roasted notes, absolutely beautiful 😋🖤
