Checked so many times and it is always a super banger. Fine grape pomace and dried peel character so resembles the Vinsanto sweetness in background. The lambic does its part. Dryness and tartness run to each other. Deliciously carbonated, vinous.

Quite enjoyable in the lineup, however a bit more immature as it’s age dictates. Should develop nicely over some years.

보고니니까 대나무군! 하는 시워언한 풀내음이 강하게 올라오고 몰티한 향도 살짝살짝 올라옴. 맛은 굉장히 드라이하면서 정말 깔끔함. 이것도 몬가...몬가임.......재미는 확실한데...몬가.....몬가임... 잘 모르겠음.....하이튼 직관적으론 별로임. 탄산이 좀 강하기도하고..근데 또 대놓고 별로냐면 그건 또 아니고... 잘 모러겠음..
