Bottled 10 May 2021. Super musty/funky Cantillon nose, some tart fruit. Spruced up and lively, lightly funky, lemon and stone fruit, wet hay and faint cork. Delicious.

Belle bière. Dans la même lignée qu’une foufoune. Bien fruitée, belle acidité. Bien content d’avoir goûté.

Definitely better than on tap, as expected. Less skunk on the nose. This is really smooth, low acidity, soft sea buckthorn. Hosteling in style. May 2021.

Great taste. Great seabuckthorn flavor. A great fruited lambic.

A sea buckthorn lambic is really exotic. But I was expecting more sourness in this, I feel this has been diluted somehow

Wonderful texture. Sulfide, funky and little bit like chewing vitamin c pils. Quite tarty and not that sweet but refreshing. Really good.

[Outside kitchen, other lounger, w/Jeremy B. ] Arom is a real unique, a sharp buteric peach eucalyptus nite with also oramge zest and grapefruit. Flavor is a lot more herbal and of the forest flavors with orange and lychee as well. Very unique.
