Lang bewaard en lang gewacht, maar dan eindelijk. Worth the wait, want wat was dit waanzinnig. Goed genoten van deze goudgele abrikoos bom. Het zuur is er, maar de abrikozen en het zoete ervan zijn zo prominent aanwezig dat het heel soepel drinkt. Vet!!

Teeeering wat een pareltje. Jaartje extra gelegen. Wat een genot. Abrikozen rondom elke slok, zacht zuur met een lage tard. Doet bijna ijsjes achtig aan. Prachtige kleur. Benadert perfectie

Wel terecht een van de heilige gralen van de lambik. Stal, zuur, bitter maar heel subtiel. De abrikoos speelt de hoofdrol. Maar met zoveel smaken in de bijrollen. Funky meesterwerk.

Very sour lambic with lovely apricot. I got a sort of cantaloupe/melon note and some floral like rose hip on the finish. Really lovely.

Fou' Foune is a tough beer to beat. Always a wonderful fruit foray combined with bright acidity to make a beer that's bound to make your day better.

Plus acide que dans mon souvenir. Le fruit est surtout présent au départ. Le fond de bouteille amène un beau sucre.

This has been my favorite beer for a long long time. But I feel like it can only be purchased in a galaxy far far away. Which makes me sad. It is as delicious and delightful as I recall. Tart, dry hay, light funk, juicy apricots. God I love this beer

Apricots on the nose. Yellow cloudy pour. Extraordinary sour profile with lasting fruity apricots and face-puckering acidic overtones; nice dry finish.

Delicate, yet outspoken, fruity, very fruity, little flowery, some biscuits in the aftertaste, lingers rather extensively. Very well balanced! No brett, happy woman😁

The aging added great value! It smoothed the fruit acidity and giving an amazing round balance. Love it.

Nydelig duft av aprikoser, m/hint av eplecidereddik&druestein. Meget deffet smak av aprikos, Activia kornyoghurt, litt syre, eplecidereddik&hint av druestein. Passe syrlig, flott egg på smaken, som sitter. Fint spudlende. 6%, tapd 30(?) aug 2020, T0=7.3C.
