Beer 3231 - fantastic lambic. Smooth & apricot. Fizzy & balanced. Slight sourness. Slight dryness. Overall, banging! Sorry 🤣🤣

Oi. This is awesome. Most fresh I’ve ever had Fou. Bottled late August. Waves of juicy stone fruit, bright apricot-skin acidity. Soft Brussels funk. Direct from the source, a la their Autumn Pack. Slow poured in new Cantillon “magnifico” glass.

That tops all previously released bottles from 2017 onwards. Epic balance, fruit forward but with decent complexity beneath.

Nydelig, litt syrlig duft av godt modne aprikoser. Fruktig smak av aprikos, avrundet syre (som mangobiola, men med en fruktig syrlighet, ikke melkesyre)&litt, avrundet druestein. Ganske sprudlende&meget fint karbonert, som gir en elegant tekstur. 6%

Modestly hazy and apricot-colored, with as much head on it as you care to produce when pouring. Bursting with fruit, moderate tartness and a touch of sour funk. Easy to see why this is one our favorite

A standout Fou vintage. More so than recent years, apricot seems so fresh & so juicy. Merry Xmas you beery animals!

One of the fruitiest Fous in recent years. At the cost of cantillon funk. Simpler, but more fruit. Whether you love this or not will depend on what you like.
