Smaker tart som i sur, men også tart som i terte. Det syrlige fyllet i en pai, men også et hint av paien. Sikkert fordi den er lagret og dermed en mer fyldig surøl.

Copper colored. Musky, overripe stone fruit aromas. Tangy apricot, highly carbonated, mild sour apple taste (Granny Smith). A lingering appley aftertaste.

Trains cancelled so in BMT, yay. The aroma reminds me of quite artificial gummy bears, interesting but not my favourite. Low sourness and not really getting any peach. Was looking forward to this one for years and slightly disappointed to be honest.

It' a nice soft lambic with definite apricot notes in aroma. But they should do the opening process easier in their bottles. If you die before the bottle opens, where is the point.
