19 bottle. Already getting more bitey than last bottle I had a few months ago. Weird nose, flavor is slightly sharp apricots, and off chem. So hard to time Fou Foune

Sour boozy apricot strong flavour. Makes the the tongue tingle This is an exceptional sour except for that Jaeger bomb aroma that makes me want to vomit , ignoring that though - basically a top sour.

I can see the lure; one of the better lambics I’ve had. Hoppy, slight tartness and crispness, oaky and big apricot flavours.

Staat te boek als de Je-Van-Het onder de Geuzes, maar jammer genoeg hou ik niet zo van dit genre……lci en lang geleden al eens gedronken en Cantillon in Brussel bezocht!

Un bon lambic, meilleur avec la bouffe…. une expérience! Acide, ferme, abricot et assez sec.

Albicocca acerba, accenno di mandorla amara, un sour non troppo sparato ma comunque presente, astringente.. una delle sour migliori che ho assaggiato finora

Difficult to appreciate the fruit with how sour it is.. I guess I’m too used to Floodland😆 (bottled Aug 2020)
