Bright fresh acidity and Brett character. Bags of fresh fruit on the nose. The apricot really softens out and gives a creaminess to the beer despite being dry. Absolutely love it

Secondo da sinistra. Profumi funky a manetta, legno e cuoio, acidità gentilissima e morbida morbida così come è morbido il mouthfeel. Il fruttato di albicocca è intenso ma ben amalgamato con il resto, in un equilibrio quasi perfetto. Bomba

The amount of apricots being used here is insane and this reflects the superior apricot flavour, deep apricots sweetness with 18 to 20 months aged lambic for the tart, acidic, woody and earthy experience.. poor me I have to stay at Brussels now and then😆

Continues to be excellent. Perfectly crisp, tart, and funky. Acidity doesn’t kill you. Fruit is supportive and doesn’t get in the way of the age and yeast. Always a treat. 98 for the style
