Light, apricot, tart up front till it mellows into a wet and slightly subdued finish. Excellent. At the brasserie in Brussels.

Apricot sour beer. That's nice. It smells like fruit and it's neatness

The ageing has not softened the acidity that much in this but the slight softness of the apricots balances well.
