After all these years, I didn’t even know I still had an untapped. Thanks for not deleting it fam! And this is easy one of the best lambics in the world. Had it with Tom, the legendary MF who once said a beer tasted like water with a hint of wood! 🤣🤣👌

Bottled August 5, 2020. So damn good. The apricots shine massively. World Class lambic. Just under high sourness, but the apricot is able to meld in perfectly. A lambic you can actually down a couple pints of.

Toujours un régal a la pression, moins le côté confiture en texture et aromatique que sur les bouteilles. Ça passe bien quand même !

Lci. Mij geen 2 keer het eten laten bepalen op nen teamdag. OF WEL. Pizza die smelt op de tong, en de restjes spoelen we weg met deze godendrank. Collega's laten kennis maken met het betere/beste werk. Kwestie van hen al cadeautips te geven

Not my usual style of beer at all. But damn, I really enjoyed it. The carbonation is so fine, the head looked like a layer of silt. Super dry finish, very sour. Not much funk. Very fresh bottle though. Amazing stuff

Super good. Nice fruit notes on the front end. Dry mild tartness. Super drinkable.

Définitivement une des meilleurs lambic au abricot. Goût très intense d'abricot et de noyaux, une pointe un peu vegetal, et une fin rappelant le fruit rouge (camerise, canneberge?)
