👍🏻 Finally back in my favourite craft beer bar! 🍻 I didn't appreciate the massive amounts of apricot and the perfect balance of this lambic the last time I tried it. Wow! 👎🏻 Lambic is not one of my preferred styles, but this is one of the best!

a dream come true!! dit is zo moeilijk te vinden in groningen dat ik eigenlijk niet verwacht had dat ik het ooit zou drinken, maar hier zijn we. een fou’foune van de tap waar je de abrikozen echt heel goed proeft. perfect balans tussen fruit en zuur.

Delicious, plenty of apricot and beautiful acidity. Hint of herbal notes on the nose

The flavor is apricot, somewhat tart, but I also think there is some green apple and white wine, and a dry oak bitterness towards the end. It is complex, smooth and perfect and truly delicious.

As Foumosa (with orange juice). Smell is mostly Fou: funky, apricot, some orange, not super sweet. Light, easy, refreshing. Taste is between both: some sweetness from the OJ, some funk from the Fou, more oranges than apricots but both present. Breakfasty.
