Foufoune 2017 Elle a tres bien veillit!! L'abricot bien présent dans ta gorgé tu croques quasiment dans le fruit!! L'acidité etait bien balancé elle n'était pas trop intense dans les joues.

Inte lika vass som på flaskan jag testade i helgen. Kan även vara att min första hade ganska kraftig Nils-Åke Nilssoneffekt. Gott är det iaf!

Drinking Fou' Foune at Cantillon finally! Didn't taste as sour today, maybe because Le Plaiser was really sour and I drank it immediately before.

Fuxking FouFoune on draft, ghaddamn what a delight/honor. Happy 1 Year Anniversary Hops Hill Atlantic! Going to assume this is the 2022-23 vintage. Draft is considerably funkier than I remember either vintages being, but the apricot+acidity are brilliant
