fln- wow! such incredible punching feel and flavors, sour bright gentle oak, highly active yeasties. served room temp as instructed and it makes it all the juicier and mellow on the palate, bringing out depth. apricots have never been better

Bottle from i2013 and the taste and smell are excellent. Very original and fills the entire room. Could not identify the apricot ttaste really a pitty that It is my last bottle.

2010 vintage. Sour, juicy apricot jam, lime, super funky, a bit intense

2020 vintage. Light, fruity, dry. Bergeron apricots keep it bright. Light Brettanomyces. Fine carbonation

Excellent. Tartness up front that dries out followed by musty horse blanket and some bitterness. The apricot is perfectly balanced and delicious. Funk and apricot in the nose as well. Not overly carbonated. Very nice fine bubbles. Pinkies up bitch

Finally ticking this beer and it doesn’t disappoint. Excellent tart apricot profile. My favorite Cantillon beer thus far.

Sharp up front, juicy apricots strong on the finish. Lots of funk without being particularly sour. Delicious

La première et seule fois que j’ai bu cette bière, c’est il y a environ 3 ans chez Hill Farmstead une belle journée d’hiver avec ma mule préférée. En plus d’être exceptionnelle, c’est une bière remplie de beau souvenir. De toute beauté!!

Consumed alone this time, but every other bottle I’ve had has been shared with friends and family. They’ve loved it even if they “don’t like beer”. Miracle-making liquid. Love it so much.
