I can see the lure; one of the better lambics I’ve had. Hoppy, slight tartness and crispness, oaky and big apricot flavours.

Qué decir de esta maravilla que no se haya dicho ya… Albaricoque en nariz, albaricoque en boca. Acidez contenida, leve regusto Dulce. Finísima.

Opened to celebrate Toer de Geuze 2021... alone in my stuffy apartment. I really wanted to share this but the liquid isn’t getting younger. Bottled 2018. Theres a sweet floral smell that is really beautiful. Soft acidity, great fruit concentration.

The grandaddy of them all. One of the few beers in my list to get 5 stars. 2018 vintage, peachy fruitiness underlying a funky, tart palate.

大瓶。少しランビック臭。強い酸味。アプリコットのフルーツとしてのフレッシュさはあまりないが、フルーツ的な酸と味わいはこちらの方が強いな。中程になると濃さがでて、さらにバランス良い。

初の樽生！アプリコットのフルーティーさが強いな！甘さは無いけど、あまやか。酸味はおだやかでドリンカブル。どっちかというとランビックというよりはフルーツビール寄りの印象だが、美味いな。
