Sour, yet accessible. Lots of brett funk and some bitter grapefruit pith. Classy, elegant and superb.

2020 Świetne piwo. Kwasowość w punkt, wyraźnie kwiatowe, trochę nachmielone, lekkie świeże drewno w tle. Mimo dość wyraźnej pracy (na długo po otwarciu) w butelce wysycenie niezbyt wysokie. Ogólnie przyjemniaczek.

Strong hop aroma without distracting that classic lambic funk. Flavor mild and so balanced. Heavy grapefruit, tangy, with minimal acidity.

Hitting the cellar tonight. 🇺🇸 2014 vintage. This is great. Depth of Brett in this is impressive. Funky, tart and tangy. Hint of brine. Pale malt really sets this apart from other Cantillon lambic.

16/17- very dirty smell, soft and pillowy mouthfeel, bitter when cold, that went away as it warmed.

2nd time at Cantillon, fortunately visited right before covid-19 took over the world. I remember this to be tart, grassy and a bit hoppy. Tasty!
