Robe cuivrée, très trouble. N: nez hyper particulier, très différent de ce que j'ai pu tester en Cantillon même si on retrouve des similitudes G: moins acide et moins pétillante qu'un lambic mais amriche en saveurs, foin, fermer

First rating of the style. Nice orange look with a dense white head. Great aroma, almost like some champagne, along with minor notes of rubber and citrus. The acidity is of course high, and it increases the longer time you taste it. Really nice. 2007

Tusen takk Håkon! Bonusøl til middagen som passet meget godt! Balansert belgisk kjempe som har litt sitrus og florale smaker. Litt stikkelsbær og en fin sødme inne i det syrlige som gjør at det lett strekkes mot glasset og det fort blir tomt!

Unique🍺 for Cantillon & the 🌍 ~ 💯% barley malt of pale ale style yet w spontaneous fermentation using wild yeasts & aged for 2️⃣ years in oak casks like lambics ~ unlike lambics 50 dry & 50 FRESH hops are used ~ 2️⃣ weeks “cold fresh hopping” to finish

Wow! Dużo dzikusów, leciutki ocet, niewiele karmelu. Pełne bardzo gładkie.
