2013 or 16, not sure. Never get tired of it! Caramel, leather, oak, smoothed out rustic hops with a touch of resiness, almost tobacco too...

I wasn't a fan of cantillon before and only not rating now because its after the fact there was too many good beers and good chat. But I feel like I need to revisit these beers soon. Fuck it it's a 4.

Really unique lambic. Pale malt gives it a noticeably distinct flavor. Cantillon is always good

Surprisingly tasty for a sour in the true Lambic fermentation process. Unique with a real nice tart flavor...

Nice wilderness with quite hoppy aroma. Taste is very Lambicy, a bit vinegary vut in a nice way.

Плотный характерный ламбик с уникальным цветочным ароматом и вкусом, слегка колкий, танинный. Оттенки зелёного чая.

Самобытное и чем-то уникальное пиво. Тут используется 100% солода(что даёт карамельность и янатарный цвет), а не 65/35 вместе с пшеном как у ламбиков. А также помимо старого хмеля добавляют и молодой, что добавляет горечи. Супер
