Great tartness up front, kinda reminds me of putting some sugar on a lemon wedge. Big rich mouthfeel makes the quick pop of tartness mellow but you can still feel the tingle on the back of your tongue. Great balance.

Solid birthday beer from yesterday. Have another to put some years on.

2007. Gloriously blended between funk and mild acidity. Lemon/granny Smith rind meets some mellow grassiness & biscuit

Flowery, hoppy, grassy, more funk in the flavour, some diacetyl, butyric, low candied citrusy notes. Tart and bitter. Perfect.

Little break on a late sunday afternoon. Not an usual Cantillon but still so enjoyable! Nice woody side on nose, herbal and floral in mouth. Perfect sourness. Hops hint. Controled bitterness all along. Dry finish and tart aftertaste. Great one obviously.

Firmly bitter. Classic complex sour, hay, funk. Surprising fruitiness - grapefruit, peach... lemon pith in the finish. Really enjoyable and a great celebration beer!

Crisp sourness, still quite light and a bit fruity/flowery. Also it is relatively dry snd tart. Slight impression of oak, that rounds it all up. Have to love it!
